• I am working on an investment project for some investors of qatar. I am researching the restaurant industry. What do the people prefer? fast food.? high-end sit down dining? Do locals eat out much?

  Dear Mel,
  as far as i experienced it here in Qatar the people they are open and ready to experience all type of new style food, at the end of the day they want a place to go to it, sit and start their chat chat, also it depend on the type of food, whither it's known or strange for them, but in general they would like to have the good tastie food, and the place to sit in.
