Brazil / Permanent Visa

• Dear All, I'm a Brazilian and I will work in Oman. Does Anyone know how to apply a Visa in Oman? I was told that we will need to have a legallized Degree certificate, is that correct? How can I do that if there isn't any Oman Embassy or Consulate in Brazil?
