Canadian Computer/Electrical Engineer Immigrant

• Hey, i'm new to this so sorry if i do not follow proper procedure or something.
  
  I'm from Canada and I am expecting to complete a computer/electrical engineering university bachelors program.
  Is there job prospects for this kind of work in New Zealand, but more importantly do you recognize degrees from countries such as Canada as highly?
