• Our employment agency is looking for an Customer service employee for the UK market (native English speaker). office is located in 's-Hertogenbosch (in southern part of the Netherlands).
  
  Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of footwear in the world with over 15,000 employees worldwide. The business unit Europe West is looking for a customer service employee for the UK market.
  
  Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the total order flow and support to the customers in de UK market with their (repeat) orders as well as answering questions about deliveries (track and trace)and quality. You will be the main point of contact for customers, local agents / sales representatives as well as consumers. Your role will be to deal with enquiries, (tele)sales, after-sales and quality issues, providing the customer with superior service.
