Russian passport holder looking for a job

• To whoever might be of help,
  
  I'm a Russian citizen permanently residing in Poland (waiting for a Polish citizenship for 8 years now...), currently studying in Nijmegen and planning to stay for at least next 2 years.
  I need some part-time permanent job and a full-time one for August this year. The tricky thing is, I can either work illegally (baby-sitting? cleaning? walking dogs?) or I need my employer to apply for a work permit.
  Is there anyone who could help me?
