Job-hunting in Amsterdam.

I am a 20 year old female from the U.K. I am looking for work in Amsterdam in late 2008 early 2009. I have good qualifications and references and am wondering how easy/difficult it is to find work in Amsterdam. Preferably I am looking for work in the hospitality sector (bars/coffee shops/hotels) but will accept any offer. Can you help?
