I want to move to Holland and i need a job , help please

• hello my name is guillermo and im from barcelona , i would like to know how could i get a job in holland , specially in denhaag or scheveningen , im 24 years old , male , actually im working in barcelona in a big enterprise called El corte ingles. The problem is that i cant speak dutch, just some sentences , about english.is not a problem i can speak it almost perfectly i also have a studied english here in spain and i got my english diplome license. so can anybody help me please? thanx very much , here its my e mail adress , [email removed] . thank u again.
