Trying to find job oppurtunities

• Hi. I'm not currently living in Holland, but I plan to move to den Haag/Rotterdam area in the near future (because of an relationship) and I would like to know what possibilities I have for finding an job there. I'm about to finish my Lyceum/highschool (general education) this fall, but I might have the oppurtinity to transfer my studies in to an lyceum in Rotterdam. I would still need a job for financing my studies and living there and I have absolutely no idea where to & what to look for. I live in Finland, Tampere. I'm an native Finnish speaker wanting to learn Dutch and I'm fluent in English and I know a bit of German, Spanish and Swedish. I've only worked in a library and media studio working as an graphics designer.
