  1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom + 1 guestroom apartment located on Arendshorst in the Merenwijk in Leiden. 5 - 7 minutes bike ride to Leiden Centraal.
  
  The apartment has laminate flooring, a large kitchen with all appliances, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots and pans, etc. It has a large balcony that is around 12m long with a couch and hammock. The living room is already furnished. Large bathroom with shower, and washer and dryer included.
  
  The room for rent is the largest, and is around 15 squared metres, with a private door to the balcony. There is a possibility of buying furniture i.e. bed, shelves, wardrobe from the previous tenant.
  
  You will be living with a Candian male, and a Dutch male. We are friendly, outgoing, and laid back. We are looking to share with a female student, or working professional. We feel that two guys living in the apartment is just enough.
  
  The rent is around 400€ a month (give or take depending on the bills) and is inclusive of gas, water, electricity, cable, internet. It is available the last week of July, or August 1.
