Qualify for Dutch passport/citizenship?

  • My husband’s biological dad is Dutch, but moved to South Africa with his dad (also Dutch)in his early twenties and lived in South Africa ever since.

My husband was born in South Africa.

(1)Does my husband qualify's for a Dutch Passport?
    (2) How do we go about?
    (3) Are there any age restrictions? My husband is 38 years old.

  • Yes

Your husband will only qualify if both his father and grandfather still has their dutch passports and did not except SA Citizenship.

You have your father's birth certificate and your husband has hisbirth certificate in apostile form unabridge.

    No age restrictions.

If you have the above - contact the closest embassey or consulate and apply.
