transfer of visa to a new sponsor without 1 year completion

• I started with my company last Nov. 11, 2008 but they were able to do my residency this end of January. For the first two months I worked straight duty shifting with another staff in a branch which is very accessible to any kind of transportation, which complies with the agreed salary but since one of our staff resigned from one of the brances, there was no other choice for me but to be transferred. I did not complained knowing the situation of the company but during these times, my salary was mostly spent with my transportation since i have to work two shifts. I am planning to seek another job but I am having second thoughts about it.There are better offers outside.Will I encounter any problem with my employer just in case I resigned without completing my 1 year? Will my present company provide me with a release? If not what should I do, I am really burdened with this situation, I have three children to support and 100kd is not enough for them. Im earning 175kd but they have to deduct 10kd for 8 mos for the processing of my residency,work permit and insurance plus the penalty for the residency because it reached expiration.
