please help me decide

• I am a watch repairman and was offered a salary of KD180 as basic and KD20 for housing allowance. Please help me if it is fair enough for me to accept the offer. Salary will increase after 2years. what is the usual salary of a watch repairman to be able to cope up with the cost of living in Kuwait and at the same time be able to support my family in the Philippines. Your suggestions and advise are badly needed... thank you in advance.
