buying visa

• i buy visa last 2years ago and now i need to renew my visa.i find a new sponcor to gave me a new visa for two years but my old sponcor dont want to gave me my salary certificate.and my sponcor told that she still want to renew my visa.she took my passport and take money too..but almost a week now they still not making my visa.i dont know what i need to do to get my passport and my money to my sponcor.please gave advice or some ideas
