Documentation Required to enter Middle east

• Good Day All
  
  I am trying to contact someone who would be able to inform me on what documentation I need in order to enter Kuwait, as I am from Johannesburg in South Africa and might start working in Kuwait soon.
  
  I heard a rumour that you are to declare your finacial situation before you can leave your own country of residence.Is that true?I am hoping to get in touch with someone who can give me a run down on all i need to leave here and enter there.Please an e-mail address will help.Please contact me on [email removed]

  i have a friend who needs to go to kuwait. her sister died here in Philippines while on vacation.Her employer said she can claim some insurance there in kuwait, but the agency said i should go there. but its very hard to reach the embassy of kuwait here. what should i do. my email ad is [email removed]. pls i need help immediately.
