have a child custody court case in kuwait.

• hi to everyone,
  can anyone tell me if i will stii be granted a visa from kuwait. i have a court case there in kuwait concerning my child before i leave kuwait. according to the case they want the custody of the my daughter that i sent to philippines when her dad get in prison in short my mother in law(jordanian) filed the case and they won. they put more cases on me like travel ban but it was all dissmiss. i want to come back in kuwait becoz life here in philippines is hard. Im afraid this case will hinder the issue of my visa to the new company i applied for.
