  If you are in kuwait then best thing to do is go to Sultan Center in Salmiy and out an Add there... its free to do so ...
  
  And also put an Add in Al-Waseet which will cost like 2 KD which is a advertisment newspaper ..
  
  Also the Arab Times News Paper which will cost 5 KD
  
  You will get a room mate in no time take care
