are computers all in japanese?

my lappy just died after a long life. unfortunately i´m living in osaka. i speak japanese but i´d rather use an english-based OS. can you get them here? if so, what´s the best place?

i know they sell English OS computers but i don´t think at every store. Probably the biggest chains are the best bet.
