can`t find a job in childcare i don`t speak german

Can anyone please help. I am Irish and living in germany i understand alot of german just have a problem speaking it. I am doing an intensive german course in july but I really need a job before that. I work with children have all the qualifications and plenty of experience. does anyone know where I can search for jobs.

Hi irish girl! i am a spanish girl living in Ireland. I would like to move to Germany next year and I am looking for a job too!! is it so difficult???I dont speak any german at all... I thought that with english would be enough ( I looking for an aupair job... any advise? thanx!
