Buy Cyprus Property

• Please can you confirm if I buy a Cyprus Property, do I get: 5 year multiple re-entry visa, after this 5yr period do I get a resident card? After that if I stay in th ecountry for 10 months, can look after myself medically and have Euro 10000.00 in my bank accont can I apply for citizenship and then for an EU passport
