what happens after your rental lease expire in Canada?

• About 10 months ago I moved to Ottawa and signed a lease for 1 year. The end of the lease is approaching but I do not want to move. What are my options?

• you go month to month

  after the lease expires you go on a month to month arrangement. You still need to give 60 day-notice prior to terminating the stay
