Can anybody tell me what are the prices I should expect to pay for heating a small studio apartment in Montreal? (approx 700 square feet)

heating costs in the rise
with that size and considering that it is heated with an electric base board type heater, you should expect to pay around $60 to $90 per month in the coldest months
