I need information about the papers I need in order to study in Bulgaria. I have a degree in technical engineering and I would like to move in this Country to do a master.

If you got admitted to a university in Bulgaria they usually send your documents to the ministry of education and science - and they than issue a long-stay visa - type D.
Deadline for submitting documents for students
is 1st October and for post-graduate students
- 31st May.
So just ask your university which documents exactly you need.

one more thing
It usually takes 30 working days to be issued a D-visa. After that, upon arrival in Bulgaria you must be issued a Bulgarian ID card in order to be registered as a student.

I have lived and Studied in Bulgaria (Technical University of Sofia)- I get very dissapointed about Education level, coruption and bureaucracy that this contry had. I has finished MSc. After that I moved to study in Greece, and now I am in UK.

About Travel and tourism course- check these two universities - I think that they have these courses - http://www.unwe.acad.bg/ and http://www.aubg.bg/
Maybe - uni-sofia.bg....
