Want to know requirement as well as procedure to move in Australia as a PR as well as on Work Permit

Dear Sir/Madam,

My self Bindesh V. Patel Citizen of India, I have completed my Post Graduation (with Advanced Account & Auditing ) And also I have completed my C.A. Inter ( From Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (i.e. ICAI ) ).

Work Experience :

I have 6 years experince in the field of Finance & Accounts. At presently I am working with Dinesh Remedies Limited as a " Executive F & A.)

And also I am waiting of my C.A. Final Results.

I would like to request to you after analyse my above data kindly advise to us whether I am eligible to move in Australia on PR as well as on Work Permit.

Kindly advise to us in both the category IELTS is Compulsory or not? if yes then how much bend require in each module.

I want to also know is there any catory to move Australia without IELTS Exam.
