Need employer sponsor me to work all around australia

Dear sir/madam,

I am thirty two years old and now I work as a Service and CS Manager at Mitsubishi Automotive Dealer in my country (Indonesia) from 2002 until now, I have 6years experience for Administration duty and for Managerial duty for big company like Automotive Dealer to handle their workshop with have a lot of some worker (mechanic) to be handle and give the best for our customer,and 2 years experience in technical drawing in other company in indonesia but I think my experience can’t use in Australia because is very different situation in Indonesia than Australia, Australia like I know is very big and Nice Country very different with Indonesia. Because that I try to work from beginning in Australia maybe if just be a staff, cleaning service, office boay or anything (include hard worker) I’ll accept that and I promise to give the best what I can do and very thanks for your kind and help.
I hope some employer will consider to help me and grant me an opportunity to get work and sponsore me to stay in Australia with long term contract to be full time worker.if any some qustion about me please contact me on
