  This unit is part of a secure a complex with bbq, swimming pool, gym and spa. Free Cat buses will get you to uni in approximately 15 minutes. Or we have a lockable storage unit if you want to commute to uni on your bike. 5 minute walk into Murray and Hay street or the Swan River.
  
  You will only have to bring your books and clothes. We will consider reducing the rent depending on length of lease and references.

  I forgot to mention that the address is 30 Bishops Row East Perth. This street runs parallel with Wellington Street and is pretty much in the heart of the city.
