I have been offered a place in the Vocation Education And Training Western Australia diploma studies starting July 2009.
I have already paid for the 1st semester and have got the OSCH.Now the visa application process needs the assurance and proof of financial resources.My brother staying in Australia (Perth)does not have a bank statement that reflects a bank balance which will cover the whole course period (about 30 months).
I wish to seek for a sponsorship that will bond me for the period of study.
