living costs

• Some advice please
  My husband and I have been offered jobs in North Cyprus, but the wages are half what we get here in the UK. We're trying to work out if we can afford it. Would you be able to give me some idea of costs of the following:
  *Buying a second hand car, then petrol and other running costs
  * Energy bills
  * Phone/internet connection
  * Any council tax/water bill equivalent
  * Weekly food bills
  * Is there a child benefit equivalent?
  * mortgage rates
  * eating out
  * cigarettes
