Buying a bar

• Myself and my wife are interested in buying a bar on the west coast of Portugal, ideally something like a surfers bar, close to a surfing location. Anyone got advice on how to do this or know of any available locations? (I'd buy the land and build it if necessary). Many thanks, Ian
