Vaccination for children (Infants)

• Hi there,
  
  I am scheduled to be in NL (Eindhoven) for job and would be there for a long term point of view.
  I would be accompanied by my wife and 3 months old daughter. I would like to know the various vaccination such as polio, Hepatitis B and A, tetanus, diphtheria and others. Are these also recommended and provided for infants in NL and if so, where are these provided, are these covered under the basic insurance policy.
