Cette excursion touristique à laquelle, auront cordialement droit tous les participants à ce Forum Privé d’investissement, s’orientera alors vers le Littoral camerounais et, plus précisément, dans une magnifique région côtière appelée Malimba et berceau de l’histoire coloniale du Cameroun, et renfermant une vaste et resplendissante plage de plusieurs kilomètres. Cette magnifique contrée est une île qui dispose d’une très grande richesse maritime à l’exemple d’un des plus grands gisements d’huîtres dans le monde. L’exploitation des coquilles refermant ces huîtres, servent à la fabrication de la porcelaine (objets cassables de toutes sortes). La poudre des coquilles d’huîtres une fois traitée, servent également de provende car, renfermant des substances minérales très riches telles que le calcaire, le silicium etc…

En effet, l’organisation du Forum Privé d’investissement a pour objectif général, de réunir 50 participants de plusieurs pays, et qui participeront au cours des travaux de ce Forum, à l’Assemblée Générale constitutive de mise en place d’un nouveau Marché électronique pour le contrôle de l’évolution des Marchés grâce, à de nouveaux indicateurs polimétriques afin de mieux orienter les investisseurs et bailleurs de fonds dans le contexte complexe de la globalisation des échanges.

Ce marché virtuel jouera aussi un rôle important dans la Régulation de l’emploi grâce à son protocole accessible de financement et de transfert d’argent en ligne et cela, en vue de diminuer fortement le taux de chômage qui a considérablement été revue à la hausse suite, aux conséquences de la crise financière sur l’économie mondiale.

C’est dans cette perspective de relance économique que la tenue de ce Forum aura aussi pour objectif essentiel, de constituer l’Assemblée Générale de ce nouveau Marché virtuel en tant que organe décisionnaire, au terme duquel prendront part chacun des 50 participants.
De plus, de nouvelles actions libres au sein de ce nouveau marché virtuel, ainsi qu’une place de responsabilité dans la Direction reviendront indubitablement aux différents participants et, sans l’exigence d’une quelconque contrepartie en retour car, le but étant d’atteindre le quorum fixé à 50 participants pour le lancement effectif des opérations de ce nouveau marché virtuel et prévu avant la fin de l’année 2009.

Les objectifs spécifiques du Forum sont les suivants :

1) La présentation du projet fini et relatif à l’ouverture, d’un Marché électronique d’instruments économiques pour le contrôle de l’évolution des marchés et la régulation de l’emploi dans le monde grâce à un protocole de financement et de transfert d’argent en ligne et appelé SMART en abrégé : Super Market for Advanced Regulation of trade.

2) La tenue pendant ce Forum, de l’Assemblée Générale Constitutive et ratification par vote des statuts de ce nouveau marché virtuel par l’ensemble des 50 participants.

3) Attribution d’actions libres aux 50 participants et constitution de l’Assemblée Générale du nouveau marché virtuel (renfermant d’office les 50 participants) et du Conseil d’administration (renfermant uniquement 12 membres qui seront tirés au sort parmi les 50 participants).

Le Forum est ouvert aux participants de tous les continents, et se tiendra uniquement dans les langues suivantes : Français et Anglais.
Pour prendre activement part au Forum Privé d’investissement, le participant devrait au préalable :

1- S’enregistrer en contactant dès maintenant le bureau d’enregistrement au (+237) 22 01 09 67 et ouvert tous les jours du lundi au vendredi, de
9 heures à 16 heures. Il recevra alors plus amples informations à propos de la tenue de ce Forum.

2- Les frais d’enregistrement pour la participation au Forum d’investissement s’élève à 3.000.000 Frs CFA pour les particuliers et Hommes d’affaires, et à 5.500.000 Frs CFA pour les entreprises (uniquement deux membres d’une même entreprise). Chaque participant recevra après enregistrement et paiement de ses frais de participation, une quittance de paiement qu’il obtiendra auprès du bureau d’enregistrement de Yaoundé et situé à l’immeuble Grand Lustra, 2ème Etage et face Dispensaire de Mvog-Ada.
Les participants éloignés pourront obtenir leur quittance de paiement par courrier électronique.

L’organisation du dispositif d’accueil lors du Forum d’investissement prendra en charge pendant l’ensemble du séjour :

1) L’hébergement : chaque participant au Forum sera hébergé et aura droit à une suite hôtelière haut standing et assez confortable.

2) L’alimentation : chaque participant pourra consommer librement et découvrir selon sa convenance diverses variétés de recettes à son entière disposition grâce l’expérience des mains des chefs cuisiniers du service hôtelier.

3) Locomotion : des véhicules de transport assez confortables ainsi que des chauffeurs seront mis à la disposition de tous les participants au forum qui pourront alors en disposer à leur entière convenance comme moyen de locomotion.

4) Sécurité : Pour la sécurité de l’ensemble des participants lors de la tenue du Forum, des représentants des Forces de l’Ordre de la Gendarmerie Nationale assureront la garde, de l’ouverture des travaux du Forum, jusqu’à la clôture finale ainsi que, pendant l’excursion touristique de trois jours.

5) Service d’Hôtesse : Tout au long du Forum, une vingtaine d’hôtesses s’assura de l’accueil des participants de l’ouverture jusqu’à la clôture du Forum. Le service d’hôtesse s’occupera également de l’ensemble des participants tout au long de l’excursion touristique ainsi qu’un service traiteur bien organisé.

6) Billet d’avion retour pour les participants et reporters: Le Forum Privé d’investissement met à la disposition de tous les participants au Forum, un billet d’avion retour.

Attention : Le Forum qui se déroulera à huis clos, n’admettra uniquement que huit (4) reporters à savoir :

- 1 africain
- 1 européen
- 1 américain
- 1 asiatique

L’organisation du Forum prendra également en charge l’hébergement, l’alimentation et la locomotion de l’ensemble des quatre reporters qui bénéficieront après leur enregistrement, d’un coupon d’enregistrement spéciale. De ce fait, ils ne devront pas payer de frais de participation au Forum et participeront également à l’excursion touristique après le Forum.

Pour la bonne réussite du Forum, il est officiellement ouvert un recrutement de 10 opérateurs intermédiaires et capables de publier l’information au-delà des frontières notamment des cinq continents et d’apporter par conséquent, au moins cinq (05) participants à ce Forum.
Ces opérateurs intermédiaires sont tenus de s’enregistrer gratuitement à temps, et leurs services rendus seront également enregistrés selon un protocole consignation vérifié.
Chaque intermédiaire pourra alors recevoir en contrepartie de cinq participants apportés, la somme de 1.000.000 Frs CFA pour ce service rendu.

Les détails du programme du Forum se présente comme suit :

Lundi 1er Juin 2009 : Arrivée des participants

- Accueil par des hôtesses et installation de tous les participants dans leur suite hôtelière et distribution du programme du Forum et de l’excursion touristique.

Mardi 2 Juin 2009 : Début du Forum
- 7 heures et 30 minutes : Départ de tous les participants de leur suite hôtelière ; Accueil et installation au lieu du Forum par les hôtesses.
- 8 heures : Appel et remise des badges d’authentification à tous les participants au Forum.
- 8 heures et 30 minutes : Entrée à huis clos et Distribution à tous les participants du Livre de procédés et Documentation technique visant à la création du nouveau marché électronique d’instruments économiques pour le contrôle de l’évolution des marchés et la régulation du marché de l’emploi.
- 9 heures : Mot de bienvenue par l’organisateur du Forum et concepteur du projet, suivi de l’ouverture des travaux par l’exposé sur la présentation générale du nouveau marché virtuel, ainsi que ses conditions de création et son mécanisme de fonctionnement dans l’échiquier économique mondial.
- 13 heures : Réflexion et échanges
- 16 heures : Fin des travaux.

Mercredi 3 Juin 2009 : Suite des travaux
- 8 heures : Réflexion sur la crédibilité de ce nouveau Marché électronique y compris l’évaluation de son degré de rentabilité, ainsi que sur la nécessité d’une finalisation de la création de son Site Internet professionnel et de son Terminal de contrôle électronique et virtuel pour ses opérations de financement et de transfert d’argent en ligne.
- 13 heures : Amendement et Réflexion sur le lieu d’implantation du siège, du nouveau marché virtuel.
- 16 heures : Fin des travaux

Jeudi 4 Juin 2009 : Suite et clôture finale des travaux
- 8 heures : Rédaction des procès-verbaux du Forum et tenant lieu d’Assemblée Générale constitutive du nouveau Marché électronique et de mise sur pied par vote de son Conseil d’administration.
- 10 heures : Enregistrement et Constitution juridique de l’ensemble de l’Actionnariat auquel prendront part tous les 50 participants au Forum. Un Procès-verbal de constat sera dressé à cet effet par au moins un Huissier de Justice et un Notaire.
- 12 heures : Remise des copies des procès-verbaux à chaque participant.
- 12 heures 30 minutes : Clôture finale du Forum.
- 16 heures : Grande Réception.

Vendredi 5 Juin 2009 : Grande Excursion touristique vers le Littoral
- 9 heures : Départ de l’escorte touristique constituée de tous les participants à bord de trois grands bus de transport hautement confortables et renfermant des services traiteurs, un service médical ainsi que des forces de l’ordre pour la sécurité des passagers.
- 12 heures 30 minutes : Arrivée dans le ville d’Edéa et première escale d’une durée de 30 minutes pour rafraîchissement.
- 12 heures 35 minutes : Poursuite de l’excursion touristique en direction de Dizangué – Mouanko. Des escales momentanées seront observées entre Dizangué – Mouanko et cela, afin de permettre aux passagers d’observer les splendeurs de la végétation ainsi que des gigantesques plantations de palmeraie et d’hévéa. Les passagers pourront aussi observer de loin les différents îlots ainsi que l’étendue de l’océan atlantique et prendre par conséquent des photos à distance.
Quatre photographes experts seront recrutés afin de prendre de magnifiques images qui seront remises gratuitement à tous les participants en guise de souvenir pour cette excursion touristique.
- 14 heures 35 minutes : Escale de 30 minutes à Mouanko pour rafraîchissement.
- 15 heures 05 minutes : Poursuite du voyage vers Malimba
- 15 heures 30 minutes : Arrivée à Malimba et accueil chaleureuse des participants par l’ensemble de la Communauté côtière.
- La suite du programme se poursuivra par l’installation des différents participants, suivi d’une grande réception au bord de l’Océan y compris des cérémonies traditionnelles et culturelles.

Samedi 6 Juin 2009 : Départ à 10 heures du cortège Touristique en direction de la grande plage de YOYO : les participants pourront découvrir l’un des plus grand campement de pêche existant dans le monde et discuter avec les pécheurs de diverses nationalités. Ils pourront aussi découvrir plusieurs variétés d’espèces aquatiques et les déguster par conséquent.

- 15 heures : Retour au lieu des Cérémonies pour une Grande Réception jusqu’à l’aube.

Dimanche 7 Juin 2009 : Départ à 10 heures du cortège Touristique en direction de Yaoundé.

A Yaoundé, les participants rejoindront leur suite hôtelière pour leur départ respectif dans leur pays et prévu pour le lundi 1er juin 2009 à partir de la matinée.

Les inscriptions au Forum Privé d’investissement prendront uniquement en compte 50 participants et débuteront alors du 11 Mai 2009 jusqu’au 29 Mai 2009.
Les inscriptions à titre de rappel se feront tous les jours de lundi à vendredi à partir de 10 heures jusqu’à 16 heures, au bureau d’enregistrement de Yaoundé situé face Dispensaire de Mvog-Ada, Immeuble Grand Lustra, 2ème Etage et qui abritera également dans sa salle de conférence les travaux du Forum.

The Forum is open to participants from all continents, and will be held only in the following languages: French and English.
To take an active part in the Forum of Private Investment, the participant should first:

1 - Register now by contacting the registrar at (+237) 22 01 09 67 and open every day from Monday to Friday, 9 hours to 16 hours. It will receive more information about the holding of this Forum.

2 - The registration fee for participation in the investment forum is 3,000,000 CFA francs for individuals and business, and 5,500,000 CFA francs for companies (only two members of a same company). Each participant will receive after registration and payment of participation fee, a receipt of payment it receives from the Registry Office in Yaounde and the building located at Grand Lustra,
2nd Floor Dispensary and face-to Mvog-Ada.
The remote participants can get their payment receipt via email.

The organization of the home at the investment forum will take charge during the entire stay:

1) Lodging: Each participant in the Forum will be hosted and will be entitled to a hotel suite high standard and quite comfortable.

2) Food: Each participant may consume freely and discover its convenience by different varieties of recipes available through its sole experience of the hands of chefs of the hotel service.

3) Locomotion: the vehicles quite comfortable and the drivers will be made available to all participants in the forum which will then dispose of at their convenience as a means of locomotion.

4) Security: For the safety of all participants at the Forum, representatives of the Forces and security will provide custody, the opening of the Forum until the end final example, during the sightseeing excursion of three days.

The Forum will also take care of accommodation, food and transport of all four reporters whose receive after registration, a registration coupon special. Therefore, they should not charge for participation in the Forum and will also participate in the sightseeing excursion after the Forum.

For the success of the Forum is officially opened a recruitment of 10 operators and intermediaries are able to publish information across borders including the five continents and therefore provide at least five (05) participants in this Forum .

Monday 1st June 2009: Arrival of participants

8 hours and 30 minutes: Entry in camera and distributed to all participants of the Book of processes and documentation to the new electronic marketplace of economic instruments to control the evolution of markets and market regulation of employment.
- 9 am: Welcome by the organizer of the Forum and designer of the project, followed by the start of the presentation on the overall presentation of the new virtual market and its conditions of creation and its operating mechanism in the global economy.
- 13 hours: Mind and Trade
- 16 pm: End of work.

Wednesday 3 June 2009: Follow-up

- 8 am: Reflection on the credibility of this new e-marketplace including the assessment of its level of profitability, as well as the need for finalizing the creation of his professional Web site and its terminal electronic and virtual for its financing and transfer money online.
- 13 hours: Amendment and Reflection on the location of the headquarters of the new virtual marketplace.
- 16 pm: End of work

Thursday 4 June 2009: Continuation and final closure of

- 8 am: Preparation of the minutes of the Forum and in lieu of constituent General Assembly of the new e-marketplace and established by vote of its Board of Directors.
- 10 am: Registration and Legal constitution of the whole of Shareholders which will be involved all 50 participants in the Forum. A Minutes of observation will be made to that effect by at least one bailiff and a Notary.
- 12 hours: Submission of copies of the minutes to each participant.
- 12 hours 30 minutes: Final Closing of the Forum.
- 16 pm: Great Reception.

Friday 5 June 2009: Great sightseeing excursion to the coast

- 9 am: Departure from the tourist escort made up of all participants on three large transport bus containing highly comfortable and catering services, medical services and law enforcement for the safety of passengers.
- 12 hours 30 minutes: Arrival in the town of EDEA and first stop for a period of 30 minutes for refreshments.
- 12 hours 35 minutes: Continuation of the sightseeing excursion in the direction of Dizangué - Mouanko. Temporary stops will be observed between Dizangué - Mouanko and this, to enable passengers to observe the beauty of the vegetation and the giant palm plantations and rubber tree. Passengers may also observe from afar the various islands and the extent of the Atlantic Ocean and therefore take pictures at a distance.

Four experts will be hired photographers to take beautiful images that will be provided free to all participants as a souvenir for this sightseeing excursion.
- 14 hours 35 minutes: Escale 30 minutes for refreshments Mouanko.
- 15 hours 05 minutes: Continuation of the journey to Malimba
- 15 hours 30 minutes: Arrival to Malimba and warm welcome of participants from all the coastal communities.

-The rest of the program will continue with the installation of the various participants, followed by a grand reception at the edge of the ocean including traditional and cultural ceremonies.

Saturday 6 June 2009: Start at 10 o'clock in the tourist trail towards the beach YOYO: Participants will discover one of the largest fishing camp in the world and discuss with the sinners of various nationalities. They will also discover a variety of aquatic species and therefore the taste.

- 15 pm: Back to the place of Ceremonies for a Grand Reception until dawn.

Sunday 7 June 2009: Start at 10 o'clock in the procession towards Tourist Yaoundé.

In Yaoundé, the participants will join their hotel suite for their departure to their respective countries and scheduled for Monday, 1 June 2009 from the morning.

Entries in the Private Investment Forum will take into account only 50 participants and then begin the 11 May 2009 until 29 May 2009.
Registrations as a reminder will be daily from Monday to Friday from 10 am until 16 pm at the registration desk located in front of Yaoundé Dispensary of Mvog-Ada, Grand Lustra Building, 2nd floor and to house also in a conference room to the Forum.
