US citizen needs UK working visa

• Please help me. I understand that you need a job offer before you can cant a UK visa from the US. But does anybody know if a US citizen can come to the UK and get a job even if they have no skills!! Just to work in a general labour job, a cleaner or bar work etc.. Please help me.. I dont know if there are agencies out there that deal with this kind of stuff???
