IT Salaries and Cost of Living - Help Please

• Hello, I've been away from Greece for over 25 years (US and UK) and as I am looking to move back to Greece, I wanted to get an idea of the current salaries. More specific for a Technology Project / Programme Manager with a 20+ years experience in the US and UK. What will the range be? What should I be asking for?
  In addition, how much I'll need to pay for a life in Athens, as an example, renting a 3 bedroom apartment in Voula / Vouliagmeni, having a wife and 2 young children, public schools, 1 car, and money left over for vacationing.
  Your advise/help/tips will be greatly appreciated.
