Resident Permit in 2 Gulf Country

• Hi! Im anna currently employed here at Qatar and got a good offer in Dubai. I already got my working visa from Dubai and still have an existing visa here in Doha. Since my current employer is not allowing me to resign and the the opportunity in Dubai is urgent so I decided to file a vacation leave and go directly to Dubai. Do you think it's possible for me to get a resident permit in Dubai even if my permit here is Doha is not cancelled? What are the possible difficulties that i may encounter. Please help me.
