Racism about Chinese in Dubai

• I have read a lot of articles about Racism in Dubai. I was born, raised and educated in Australia but am of Chinese appearance.
  
  Most of the postings talk about racism towards Indians and Pakistani(South Asians).
  
  What about the treatment of the Chinese in Dubai? Should I expect to experience the same discrimination as them?

  In Dubai it's about cash not race. How much do you make, what do you own.

• it is about $$$ indeed...

  money does talk in dubai. that said there is a lot of racism. but do not think it is only against chinese...it is against anyone and everyone who is not a local national/emirati. it will always be the case as long as dubai remains a sheikdom (not a democracy)
